We are sharing information with our customers as soon as we receive updates from our partners regarding their events. Our protections are best in the industry and we can assure you that we are supporting your travel reservations throughout this difficult time. Rest assured, we will be offering maximum flexibility and accommodating customers to the best of our ability.
For events that have canceled, we have notified all customers via email with existing reservations to inform them of the cancellation. We are also sharing these updates immediately with all vendors associated with the event. If you believe an event has canceled and you have not received notification of your cancellation, please visit your specific event page on AnthonyTravel.com or contact us at 800-736-6377.
For events that have not been canceled, we are communicating closely with all vendors associated with the event to ensure they are meeting all CDC guidelines for your safety for the upcoming event. Your reservations are still intact, and we are working with hotels and other vendors to make sure you are getting the best available rates and amenities offered. We are proactively supporting you throughout this time and if you have any concerns about making a new reservation, please don’t hesitate to contact one of our sports travel experts.
For the safety of our staff, our associates are currently working from home, but our customer service team continues to be available during normal office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT. We apologize for any extended hold times you may encounter on our phone lines.
