ATLAS Hotel Requests

STEP-BY-STEP REQUEST PROCESS

STEP 1: Event Team sends out RFP to hotel property(ies)
STEP 2: Event Team adds new hotels to the hotel spreadsheet*
STEP 3: Event Team submits a Service Ticket to ATLAS Team to notify them of new properties. Be sure to attach a contract or RFP in your Service Ticket.
STEP 4: ATLAS Team builds event/hotel(s) in library and notifies the Event Team once completed
STEP 5: Event Team notifies Marketing of new request via Basecamp "ATLAS" Project Folder
STEP 6: Marketing loads pictures and descriptions, closes out request and marks complete in the hotel spreadsheet
STEP 7: Marketing notifies Event Team that hotel pics and descriptions have been uploaded

* Note: When editing the hotel spreadsheet, please edit the excel file in your browser, do not edit in excel file on your desktop.
