Team Managers wanting to reserve a new room block for your entire team or club, please select the “Book My Team” option and choose your preferred hotel. This option is for Team Managers Use Only when confirming multiple rooms for the entire team or club.
Please utilize the “Claim/Manage Rooms” option to:
- Claim rooms under individual names and credit cards
- Update contact information
- Update credit card
- Request date change or room type change
- Request to cancel individual room
Your team’s reservation number and access code are required to claim/manage rooms.
Individual Players/Families
Individual Players/Families can utilize the “Claim/Manage Rooms” option to:
