Claim your room
1. To claim a room, please click on the link to “Claim/Manage Rooms.” Enter reservation number and access code to login into your team reservation.
2. Once logged in, click on the UPDATE INFO tab to claim a room. (If you want to change the dates to your room, first claim a room and then click on DATE CHANGE tab to submit a request to modify your dates.)
3. Once you are on the UPDATE INFO screen, fill out the INFORMATION ABOUT YOU and proceed to locate an YOUR ROOM. Click on UPDATE ROOM and fill out all the information in the drop down menu to finish claiming your room. (Please be mindful of not claiming over someone else’s room.)
